Dear Scott and Canadians,

Thank you for your intensitve works.
It is good news that we don't have to care about timing dependece on 
incident angle of photons.

As for chi-2 fitting to make reconstructed ball position, 
could you remind me what is your treatment of sigma for each PMT hit timing ?
Also can you make a plots for residual timing vs cable # and Q vs cable # 
for each ball position ? 
I'd like to understand what PMTs make bias.
