K2K coherent paper has been submitted

    Dear K2K collaborators

     After the final circulation, we received only wording related
    comments.

     So, we included those comments and
     we have submitted the coherent paper to Phys. Rev. Lett. and
    e-print archive today.
     (For e-print, this paper will be available from tommorow
    as hep-ex/0506008.)
