Thanks for your valuable comments.

We received many wording related comments
and improved the draft based on those comments.

Now the 3rd and FINAL draft of coherent pion paper
is available at

http://neutrino.kek.jp/internal/papers/coherent/

Please check your name and institute in the author list
by 4th of June (JST).
Also, critical comments would be acceptable by that time.
