    We in Russia are delighted to hear the news that Koshiba-sensei is
    elected to the US National Academy of Sciences.
    We glad to send him our cordial sincere congratulations on this occasion.
    We are proud that Professor Masatoshi Koshiba has been elected in 2003
    the member of the Russia Academy of Sciences for his great achivements
    in the fundamental neutrino studies.
