 Dear collaborators

SciBar coherent pion analysis was approved for 
publication in the last conveners meeting.

The paper committee is formed by

 Masaya Hasegawa (Kyoto)
 Masashi Yokoyama (Kyoto)
 Federico Sanchez (Barcelona)
 Thomas Kutter (Louisiana State)
 Hiroki Sato (Kyoto)
 Lisa Whitehead (Stony Brook)

Now, a first draft of the paper for is ready 
and we just started the review by the committees.

As informed in Nakaya-san's minutes of the last conveners meeting
