    Dear Colleagues -

We are pleased to announce that the 5th International
Workshop on Neutrino Beams and Instrumentation (NBI2005) will be held at
Fermilab on July 7-11, 2005. A workshop web site has been posted at
    		http://www.hep.utexas.edu/nbi2005/
Keeping with the style of the previous four NBI workshops,
we plan a 5 day workshop with sessions in the usual subject areas of
primary beams, targets/baffles, horns/striplines/power supplies, decay
tunnels, shielding, secondary/tertiary beam instrumentation, and beam
MC and hadron production experiments. We will have time for a tour
of the new NuMI facility, as well as a day for excursion into the city
of Chicago (more to follow on this shortly).

We hope you will share this announcement with your
colleagues so as to mark this date in their calendars and even post a
copy or two of the workshop poster around your institutes (depending on
your local computing, printing from pdf or powerpoint may be better, so
    both are posted).

In the coming weeks, the links for travel, visas, and
registration will be updated and an email notice to all of you will be sent.

We hope to have a lively workshop with plenty of
opportunities for conversation and discussion. Toward that end, we are
planning several evening leisure/dinner events for the whole workshop group.

    		Best Regards,

    		Sacha Kopp
    		Jim Hylen
    		Sam Childress
    		Nancy Grossman

PS: Please take note of the link at the very bottom of the
    workshop website!
