We know for sure at this moment is that the failure is due to over-current. The power supply confirmed to be OK, by testing with a dummy load. Although details are still unclear at this moment due to severe radiation around the horn, there is a high possibility of break in the first horn. I will inform you any developments as soon as they become available and will propose what we will do. Since we do not know the extent of the damage, please keep the information within the collaboration in order to avoid unneccesary rumor and confusion. These unneccesary rumors may cause severe damage to our future projects, especially T2K. Best Regards, Koichiro Nishikawa
