    everyone please note: K2K @ SK shifts are *NOT* cancelled !!
    This only refers to shifts at KEK.
    
    Also, Ishii-san suggests that we continue Neutrino Hall 
    safety/housekeeping checks 3 times per day (at beginning/end of each shift 
    period), at least for the next several days, until firm decisions are made 
    about shutting down hardware.
