    *General Report*
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Finally the beam recovered from the arc magnet problem, accelerator
    troubles and the typhoon influence.
    As of 17:30 on Oct.21, the beam looks good.

    *Reports from each subcomponent*
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ===BEAM MONITOR=== (Sato)
    No neutrino beam until Tuesday due to Arc magnets repairing.
    Beam was resumed at 9 on Tuesday(10/19).
    No muon direction shift has been observed since then.
    On Wednesday, beam was down from 12 to 16 due to
    MR RF repairing,
    At 23, one of the pits in the PS was flooded and beam was stopped.
    Beam will be resumed in this evening.

    ===MRD=== (Ishii)
    The MRD has been working without any problem this week.

    ===1KT=== (Kameda)
     1kton detector has been working w/o big trouble this week.

     But yesterday midnight, during the beam stop,
     one of four compensation coil down. The reason is unknown,
     and we need investigation.

    ===SCIFI=== (Iwashita/Ishida)
      The SciFi is working fine this week.
      Oct. 12 CR data show efficiency drop of IIT#17.
      It turns out that the IIT bundle attachment is
      slightly changed. It is quite possibly due to
      the big earthquake (Oct.6th). After taking new EL
      data on Oct.15 and updating CCDmap, it is recovered
      to the normal value.

    ===VETO=== (Nitta)
    No problem.

    ===SCIBAR=== (M.Hasegawa)
     The SciBar has been working without any problem in this week.
     We have no plan for next beam-off.

    ===SK=== (Obayashi)
    Troubles:

    Oct 19 2:00 - 11:00 (Beam is off)
    TKO power supply was broken and replaced

    Oct 20 23:30 - Oct.21 11:30
    Power failure(~7hours) both at SK and Kenkyuto
    After the recovery, SK DAQ started around 11:30.
    No serious damage has been found.

    Schedule:

    Nothing special, so far
