    Oct.02(Sat) 9:00-17:00 Booster RF tuning (neutrino beam can be used,
                             but it may stop for a few hours)

    Oct.03(Sun) 1:00       Neutrino beam stops
                  1:00            ; Dump-mode-change by T.HASEGAWA
                1:00-9:00 Machine study (JPARC BPM calibration)
                9:00-      Machine study (8GeV)
    Oct.04(Mon) 9:00-      12GeV MR tuning

    ===Detector===
    Oct.04(Mon) 9:00-15:00 SCIFI cosmic-ray run

    ===Shift===
    K2K shifts start from Oct.01-A.

    Shifttakers of Oct.01-A may come to the experimental hall after lunch,
    and they watch the TV monitor and prepare for the beam.

    Nu-H shifts of Oct.02-C to Oct.03-C should do a hardware check once
    and he is free.
    NH-CR shifts of Oct.02-C to Oct.03-C are canceled.

    Shifttakers of Oct.04-A may come to the experimental hall after lunch,
    and they watch the TV monitor and prepare for the beam.

    Shift time at KEK (SK shift is a little different)
      A-shift : 9:00-17:15
      B-shift : 17:00-25:15
      C-shift : 25:00-9:15(next day)

    *Reports from each subcomponent*
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
    ===BEAM MONITOR=== (Hayato)
    The FastBus power supply of the beam monitor was broken. It will
    be replaced.

    ===MRD=== (Ishii)
    The gas, electronics and HV are OK.
    It was confirmed by analyzing the cosmic-ray data that the MRD is
    working well.

    ===1KT=== (Mine)
    DAQ is ready for data taking.
    (We successfully took both dummy spill and cosmic ray muon data this week.)

    Realtime offline data process is also ready.

    Usual maintainance of water system was done by technicians from US this week.

    ===SCIFI,VETO=== (Ishida)
    SciFi

    EL data were taken last weekend, and calibration table has become ready.
    Quick CR data analysis gives hit finding eff of >95% with satistfactory
    Npix distributions. SciFi is ready for data taking.

    Veto

    There are two channels of veto counters which gives low hit rates in
    comparison with previous histograms (ch15: Down8Left, ch113: Up17Left.
    HV values are both fine). We will check these PMTs.

    ===SCIBAR=== (M.Hasagawa)
     Yesterday , we turned on SciBar
    HV and electronics system and
    took calibration data.
    Data taking was successfully done.

    We are ready for Neutrino Run.

    ===SK=== (Obayashi)
    Though water pump of air-conditioner is broken and stop DAQ for while
    to avoid heat up yesterday, SK DAQ including GPS data is stable now.
