With many persons help,

  I close 60 user account at neutrino.kek.jp.
(Previously 129 account exists.)

Thank you for you help.

Note in add: 

You have rights to open an account at neutrino.kek.jp.

But in case of emeregency,
we (administrators) check that user account is active or not.
If your user-account turned out to be inactive,
We stop the your user account.

Stopped account will be restored, if you request us(e362-admin).
