Registration

To register, please fill the registration form below and send it by e-mail to jhfnuws@neutrino.kek.jp or fax it to 81-75-753-3795. The registration on Web is in preparation and will be avilable in a few weeks. We recommend you to register to JHF-SK nu workshop by May 10, 2001.Registration fee is 5,000yen. The fee will be collected at the workshop.

The JHF-SK nu workshop will be held at the same place as NuFACT'01 (Epochal Tsukuba). For accommodations, please refer to http://psux1.kek.jp/~nufact01/Docs/lodging.html and make your own arrangement. For most of you who attend the NuFACT'01, please extend your stay for one or two days when you make an arrangement for NuFACT'01. A conference rate for lodging is also avilable as well as NuFACT'01.
